William’s Work Draws Honour

Draws Honor Prize

The Chronicle, 1986

‘A Connah’s Quay man has progressed from working on landscapes to painting landscapes; and 29 year old William Serridge is hoping it will be a move in the direction of success.

William has been painting since his childhood days in Liverpool. He now lives with his wife, Kerry, and two young sons, Lee and James at 24 St. Marks Avenue, Connah’s Quay.

He works mainly in oils, painting landscapes and ruined buildings. Four of his works are currently on show at Connah’s Quay Library where he hopes to mount a larger exhibition next year’
